I’ve reluctantly set up a Patreon page, because I am finding it really difficult that editors have consistently told me that important stories aren’t important and then found out they are too late. Investigations are time consuming, and for a freelancer they very rarely pay back at a sustainable hourly wage, I am hoping some of the Patreon income will let me take some time to dig deeper into subjects and publish them there or with other outlets.

There is some exclusive content for subscribers, but I understand not everyone has money lying around. Please take care of marginalized people in your community first. Please take care of yourselves and your people as well. If you can support my work, great, but if you want it and can’t afford it just email me and I’ll make sure you get it. Nobody should be too poor for good journalism.
